News on East Riding of Yorkshire Coast

Thank you to all that shared their views of the Withernsea All Hallows Feastival which took place on Saturday 22nd October 2022.

The infographic above provides a summary of the key findings from the community engagement which took place at the end of 2022 after the event.

Results show that 95% of respondents felt positively about the All Hallows Feastival, with almost 100% saying they would attend another event in Valley Gardens.

The key benefits from this event were that it attracted more people to the Withernsea area where they enjoyed activities for all the family including live music, food and fair ground rides.

The key benefit to the town centre businesses was that 63% of respondents also visited local businesses as well as the event.

People also had the opportunity to request what other events they would like to see in Valley Gardens. Suggestions included fun family activities, seasonal events and live music.
